Hi there, I’m Eva. I’m so glad you found me, and I’m excited to introduce you to the wonders of movement.

Through my background as a musician, a Pilates teacher and a movement educator, I can help you feel more mobile, aware and connected to your body so you feel inspired to unleash what’s in your own imagination.

Welcome to a little slice of my world, where movement guides everything I do. Sprinkle movement into your life and watch as:

Your imagination becomes more vivid.

You feel like singing or dancing.

You reframe things that used to bother you like pain, tightness or performance anxiety.

Musicians feel more musical, social dancers feel more expressive, artists feel more colorful and speakers feel more vibrant and articulate.

I’m here to do my part to guide you toward the life of your dreams. Whether you want improved strength and balance through Pilates, mobility and pain mitigation through self-myofascial release and mental imagery, or music lessons with a mind/body approach, it’s all here for you at Forte Movement.

Forte Movement is my system of teaching movement for creatives based on:

  • My years of experience as a violist in orchestral, chamber music and academic settings.

  • My experience as a comprehensively trained Pilates teacher, Franklin Method® Educator and Roll Model® Method practitioner.

  • My love of teaching and all things movement tinkering.

  • My understanding that when we connect to our bodies, we connect to our own unique creativity.
